How To Gain From The Increased DA .
All allowances are computed on the basis of a basic salary. One will only be able to calculate and prove their DA increase by meaning of entering the salaries on a base salary. Arrears From July
The Jharkhand government has announced the increase in dearness allowance on Tuesday. Approval was granted for an increase of seven percent in the dearness allowances (DA Hike) of the employees. This increase in DA will be effective from July 2025 for all employees, along with salary arrears.
Cabinet Approved
At present, it looks like all employees have been kept under the Sixth Central Pay Commission for their basic salary. Employees would now be getting 246 percent DA in their salary under this. Earlier, it used to be 239 percent. The proposal has been approved by the cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Hemant Soren.
The Central Government Can Also Announce Soon
The central government will also issue a notification soon for the increase of dearness allowance for the central employees. There has been anticipation among employees about this increase in dearness allowance (DA Hike). Increases in dearness allowance depend on the figures of All India Consumer Price Index.
